Insulation Machine Updates

Spray Insulation Industries and Cool Machines will be introducing numerous upgrades in its machine design that will revolutionize the weatherization / contractor machine market. All CM-1500 and larger machines will have the following upgrades:

  1. L.E.D. indicator lights on input and output cords, for quick electrical power diagnostics of main control panel and individual motors.
  2. Panel mounted manual thermal overload protection for all electrical components. This allows quick, safe, diagnostics and re-setting of breakers without opening panel box and allowing fiber contamination into the electrical components.
  3. Built-in, liquid filled pressure gauge to calibrate machine pressure as airlock seals wear or become damaged. Many dense-packing applications require a minimum 3.2 p.s.i. to achieve the required densities in the wall.

Additionally: we have redesigned the CM-1500 (tall) hopper to eliminate nuisance ‘bridging’. The CM-2400 and CM-3000/3500 models have increased hopper length (6” inches) to provide a greater holding capacity for fiber.

A perma-mount Vac Pac upgrade is available on all three series which is recommended for insulation contractors spraying walls with frequency or large volume projects. Our CM300 and CM350 wall spray systems are our premier systems designed for insulators whose core business is wall spray. We also will custom build to your specs with airlocks 24″ and 30″ and positive displacement blowers from 5hp to 7.5hp and 10hp modifications as well as 4 inch into 3 inch quick change outputs.
